These terms describe your use of the Arc2Liv: AI Goal Planner mobile app and its public website. By using Arc2Liv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and website.
Using Arc2Liv
Arc2Liv helps you organize goals, tasks, action steps, reminders, and expenses. You may use the app for lawful personal planning, subject to these terms and applicable laws. Arc2Liv is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You can use Arc2Liv without signing in. Connecting a Google account is optional and enables supported sign-in and Google Drive backup features. You are responsible for securing your device, connected accounts, and any files you export or share.
Acceptable use
- Use the app and website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Do not introduce malicious files, disrupt the service, or bypass security protections.
- Import and share only content that you have the right to use.
Your content and data
You retain your rights to the content you create or import. These terms do not transfer ownership of your goals, tasks, notes, or other personal planning data to Arc2Liv.
Arc2Liv is local first. App data is stored on your device unless you choose to export it or enable backup. You are responsible for keeping suitable backups and checking that exported or backed-up files can be restored. Resetting the app, uninstalling it, losing your device, or importing data may affect your locally stored information.

AI-assisted plans
Arc2Liv may provide ready-to-add AI-built plans and tools for importing plans generated with an external AI assistant, including the Arc2Liv Goal Builder GPT. When you open an external assistant, the information you share with that service is handled under its own terms and privacy policy.
AI-generated plans can contain errors, unsuitable suggestions, or outdated information. Review imported goals, schedules, budgets, resources, and action steps before using them, and adapt them to your circumstances. Arc2Liv does not guarantee that a plan will achieve a particular result.
Arc2Liv is a planning tool. Its content and AI-generated suggestions are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice. Seek qualified advice when your goal requires it.
Third-party services
Optional features may rely on Google sign-in, Google Drive, ChatGPT, or other external services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and account requirements apply when you use them. Arc2Liv does not control those services or external websites linked from plans or resources. Any charges imposed by a third-party provider are governed by that provider’s terms.
Reminders, backups, and availability
Notifications and scheduled backups depend on device permissions, operating-system restrictions, connectivity, and connected services. They may be delayed or fail. Check important deadlines and backup status yourself rather than relying solely on app notifications or automatic backups.
Features may change as the app develops. Arc2Liv does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting your use will be communicated through the app or public website.
Arc2Liv intellectual property
Rights in the Arc2Liv name, branding, app design, website content, and software remain with their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the app and website; they do not transfer ownership of those materials. Any separately provided open-source licenses continue to apply to the components they cover.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arc2Liv is provided as available without additional guarantees about its suitability for your particular purpose. You remain responsible for your planning decisions, payments, and use of generated or imported content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arc2Liv’s developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including missed goals, missed reminders, or interruptions to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Stopping use
You can stop using Arc2Liv at any time. Before resetting or uninstalling the app, export any data you want to keep. Uninstalling the app does not remove backup files in your Google Drive account; delete those separately if you want to remove them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as Arc2Liv changes. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, material changes will be notified and any necessary agreement requested. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
